Credit Policies and Procedures


All invoices are due on or before twenty (20) days from invoice date.

If your account becomes fifteen (15) days past due, (35 days from invoice date), your account will receive a call from our controller to discuss any problems or reasons for non-payment.

If your account becomes thirty (30) days past due, (50 days from the invoice date) your account will be automatically coded: HOLD STATUS. At that time we must receive payment on all past due invoicesprior to release of any shipments.

All invoices not paid within twenty (20) days may be assessed a penalty of 1.5% per month (18% peryear) on all PAST DUE ACCOUNTS.

All accounts not paid within ninety (90) days of invoice date will be turned over to our attorney. ALL CHARGES, FILING, COLLECTION FEES AND ATTORNEY FEES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE OR INVOICES AND MADE A PART OF OUR CLAIM AGAINST YOU, YOUR COMPANY OR CORPORATION.

If your terms require order deposits, deposits must be received within 72 hours from order date.

All product returns must be returned with shipping prepaid and have a return authorization, returns are subject to a restocking charge. Credit on returns is also subject to resalable condition.

All orders are subject to sales tax unless a certificate of exemption is secured in our offices. An additional manufacturer exemption may also be required based on ship-to addresses.
