Is your destination ship-to address located outside the continental United States?
- This website cannot process automated shipping costs for International deliveries or ship-to addresses in Hawaii or Alaska (but our Customer Service team is happy to offer personal assistance in placing your order).
- If your order exceeds a certain weight, our website is programmed to offer LTL as your sole shipping option (as it is typically a more economical shipping method for those weights) however, any pricing for LTL shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will need to be quoted by our Customer Service team.

Most in-stock merchandising accessory orders ship within 48-72 hours.
Due to current supply chain challenges, most fixture units ship in 6 to 10 business days. If items in your order will be delayed further, we will notify you via email with an estimated ship date.
NOTE: If you're shipping via LTL carrier and the ship-to location does not have a raised delivery dock to accommodate the 14-foot height of a semi-truck trailer or have a forklift on-site, you must select the Lift Gate add-on option.
