Rules for BULKshop Giveaway
ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is being conducted by Midwest Retail Services, Inc., 7670 Commercial Place, Plain City, Ohio 43064-9221 (877-407-5145) (“Midwest Retail Services”), and is open to qualifying owners, managers, and fixture purchasing agents of retail stores in the United States. Employees and families of Midwest Retail Services, Inc. and Rosseto Serving Solutions (and their associated companies) are ineligible to participate in or win the contest. Each individual is limited to one contest registration per username, but multiple entries per domain name is allowed. Registrations to be submitted via the entry form located at www.bulkshopsystem.com starting April 16, 2018 at 12:01AM EST through November 30, 2018 at 11:59PM EST. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHEN AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Winner of the contest must be at least 18 years of age.
PRIZES: Prizes awarded through this contest are non-transferable nor may a prize be substituted at the request of a contest winner, nor may a prize be substituted for cash. The prize indicated by Midwest Retail Services to be won in a contest is the only prize awarded and given only to the person who is designated as the winner. All prizes awarded by Midwest Retail Services must be claimed within thirty (30) days of the date the prize is won. No substitutions will be made for violation of this thirty-day rule. If a winner does not claim his/her prize within the thirty-day period, the prize is forfeited and eligibility restrictions mentioned in these rules still apply to that winner for future contests. All prizes are designated for shipping FOB the manufacturing facility. Shipping costs to the winner are not included. Prize is valued at US$1,716.00.
RELEASE: Midwest Retail Services, Rosseto Serving Solutions and/or any participating sponsor in a contest may require a release form to be completed by the winner and any other person or persons involved in accepting a prize. Upon accepting any contest prize from Midwest Retail Services or a participating sponsor, winner releases Midwest Retail Services and any and all sponsors of any liability or further claims. The decision of the judges is final. All winners are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on prizes received. All entrants agree to grant Midwest Retail Services and Rosseto Serving Solutions unlimited use of their name, voice, picture, quotation or facsimile, without consideration, in conjunction with their participation in any given contest.
IDENTIFICATION: In order for a winner to claim a prize, Midwest Retail Services requires picture identification. Midwest Retail Services may require any or all of the following: driver’s license, state ID, passport, corporate documents, EIN#, articles of incorporation, and/or birth certificate. Midwest Retail Services may disqualify a contestant immediately upon learning the contestant has responded with false information.
CHANGE: Midwest Retail Services reserves the right to extend the contest if it so desires. Midwest Retail Services reserves the right to make changes to the contest rules and procedures that it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary or desirable. In the event of any dispute pertaining to this contest, the decision by the management of Midwest Retail Services is final.
OTHER: Specific contests may have additional stipulations not listed here. Refer to documents pertaining to those contests for specific rules. Decision of the judges is final. Odds of winning are dependent of number of entries.
Winner to be selected on December 1, 2018 and notified within 10 business days via phone and/or email address used to enter the contest.
